Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

If you use this online option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation (e.g. by email) that your withdrawal has been received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.
